2 Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Methods
654bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No other payment methods are accepted.
2.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 minimum per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 minimum.
2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, verification procedures or unusual transactions may take longer.
2.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is verified and that any applicable wagering requirements have been met. If verification is not complete, 654bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the withdrawal process.
2.5 Third-Party Payments
Using a third-party account to deposit or withdraw funds from your account is prohibited. Only the registered user's own payment method may be used.
3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
654bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only and is added automatically to eligible accounts.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
3.3 Breach of Bonus Terms
- If a bonus is misused or there is any attempt at fraud, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- 654bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
3.4 Other Promotions
Other promotional offers, including the VIP program, may have their own terms and conditions. Please read the specific terms provided with each offer carefully.
4 VIP Program
654bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit at each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and active participation on the platform. 654bd reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time.
5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 654bd platform:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any other dishonest means.
- Account hacking, or using malware or harmful software.
- Attempting to collect bonuses by placing opposing bets on the same game (arbitrage betting).
- Harassing, intimidating or insulting other users.
- Playing using automated software, bots or artificial tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Attempting to access the platform from a prohibited region.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, 654bd reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and forfeit the balance.
6 Fair Play and Game Integrity
6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors
If a server crash, software error or communication failure causes an abnormal outcome in a game session, 654bd reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.

7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Suspension by 654bd
654bd may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Failure to provide documents required for verification.
- Extended account inactivity.
7.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
7.3 Inactive Accounts

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
